Prodavatelj za dostavu naručenih proizvoda koristi usluge prijevoznika GLS Croatia d.o.o. (https://gls-group.com/HR/hr/home/).
Po zadavanju naloga za isporuku prijevoznika GLS Croatia od strane Prodavatelja, dostava će se izvršiti prema općim uvjetima prijevoznika.
Dostava se izvršava do ulaza u stambenu jedinicu (stan, kuću, poslovni prostor i sl.) na adresi naznačenoj od strane Kupca.
Trošak dostave unutar Republike Hrvatske je 5,00 € .
Trošak dostave izvan Republike Hrvatske, unutar Europske unije, naplaćuje se sukladno cjeniku prijevoznika GLS Croatia d.o.o. Iznos troška dostave računa se i vidljiv je nakon unosa adrese za dostavu, a prije potvrde i plaćanja narudžbe.
Ova web trgovina trenutačno nema mogućnost automatskog obračuna troškova dostave kupljene robe u treće zemlje. Za dostavu na adrese izvan Republike Hrvatske (treće zemlje) moli se Kupac da kontaktira Prodavatelja na e-mail adresu info@tartufidellabaronessa.com
Naručeni proizvodi bit će pakirani na način da se uobičajenom manipulacijom u transportu ne mogu uništiti. Kupac se savjetuje prije preuzimanja pregledati pošiljku, a eventualna vidljiva oštećenja odmah prijaviti te odbiti primiti oštećenu pošiljku.
Kupac je obvezan prilikom preuzimanja robe potpisati otpremnicu ili dostavnicu koju dostavljač uzima kao potvrdu o preuzimanju. Prihvat robe potpisuje osoba koja je naznačena kao Kupac prilikom naručivanja. Ukoliko bilo koja druga osoba preuzme robu na lokaciji, smatrat će se da je dostava uredno izvršena.U slučaju da Kupac ne zaprimi robu u dogovorenom roku, isti se moli Prodavatelja obavijestiti što je prije moguće putem e-mail adrese info@tartufidellabaronessa.com.

The Seller uses the services of GLS Croatia d.o.o. (https://gls-group.com/HR/hr/home/) to deliver the ordered products.
Once the delivery request is initiated with GLS Croatia by the Seller, delivery will be executed in accordance with the general terms and conditions of GLS Croatia.
Deliveries are made to the entrance of the residential or business unit (apartment, house, office, etc.) at the address provided by the Customer.
The shipping cost within the Republic of Croatia is €5.00.
The shipping cost for deliveries outside the Republic of Croatia, within the European Union, is charged according to the price list of GLS Croatia d.o.o. The total shipping cost is calculated and displayed after entering the delivery address and before confirming and paying for the order.
This web store currently does not support the automatic calculation of shipping costs for deliveries to non-EU countries (third countries). For shipping to addresses outside the Republic of Croatia (third countries), the Customer is requested to contact the Seller via email at info@tartufidellabaronessa.com.
The ordered products will be packaged in a way that ensures they cannot be damaged during normal handling in transit. The Customer is advised to inspect the shipment before acceptance and immediately report any visible damages, refusing to accept the damaged shipment if necessary.
The Customer is required to sign the delivery note or shipping receipt upon receiving the goods, which serves as proof of delivery for the courier. The person designated as the Customer during the ordering process must sign for the receipt of the goods. If any other person receives the goods at the specified location, the delivery will be considered properly executed.
If the Customer does not receive the goods within the agreed timeframe, they are requested to notify the Seller as soon as possible via email at info@tartufidellabaronessa.com.
